Aslanhane Mosque, also known as Ahi Şerafettin Mosque, is a remarkable medieval wooden-columned mosque near Ankara Castle. Its timber interior, carved walnut minbar and tiled mihrab represent the architectural traditions that earned it recognition as part of a UNESCO World Heritage property.
